POOL CARD ISSUES?
There are several common reasons why a pool key card may stop working:
Top 3 Reasons
- The card may be damaged due to age or normal wear and tear.
- The card may have been temporarily suspended due to a delinquent account balance.
- Card may be demagnetized and may just need to be reprogrammed.
If your account was recently paid, please let us know so we can verify payment and restore access if applicable.
Or if possible, we will attempt to reprogram your existing card before replacement is necessary.
