POOL ACCESS CARD REQUEST
Before pool access cards are distributed we must have the following forms read, completed and returned. The first is an acknowledgement of the Pool Rules, followed by 2 other forms: Authorization Waiver and Charge Authorization Forms required to be filled out and returned.
Once approved – Cards can be picked up from Pool Monitor.
Other Important Reminders
One Pool Card device per household.
Residents must be current on all assessments with a zero balance prior to issuance/activation of a pool card.
Maximum of 4 guests allowed per card holder.
All members and guests are expected to abide by the pool rules found above and failure to do so may result in a suspension of access for the remainder of the pool season.
