POOL ACCESS CARD REQUEST
Before pool access cards are distributed we must have the following forms read, completed and returned. The first is an acknowledgement of the Pool Rules, followed by 2 other forms: Authorization Waiver and Charge Authorization Forms required to be filled out and returned.
IMPORTANT: It is important that we mail it to person living at the home or the mail may not deliver to the home.
One one Pool Card device per household.
Residents must be current on all assessments with a zero balance prior to issuance/activation of a pool card.
Maximum of 4 guests allowed per card holder.
All members and guests are expected to abide by the pool rules found above and failure to do so will result in a suspension of access for the remainder of the pool season.
